What is the Ditch The YoYo Diet Method?

The Ditch The YoYo Diet Method is based in the Transformational Nutrition Model, which I discuss in more detail below. I take the model and apply it specifically to teaching women how to make simple changes to their nutrition and lifestyle to actually lose weight, ditch yoyo diets & feel fabulous.

Ditch The YoYo Diet Method is exclusive to Milan Lekay Wellness & Nutrition. This course is a 6 week 100% online coaching program inside of the Milan Lekay Wellness & Nutrition school. The content of the program is available to you immediately and you can access it from desktop or the mobile app. You have the option to download the program content as well so you can use it offline. Each week focuses on the secret sauce of the Ditch The YoYo Diet Method. Each week will have lessons, activities and actions steps relating to this secret sauce. The lessons will require a time commitment of 1 hour per week. You can watch the video lesson, read the lesson transcript or mix and match to your learning style.

There are 4 components to the secret sauce of the Ditch The YoYo Diet Method:

1. Relax the Mind & Body

2. Eat Real Food

3. Reduce Your Exposure to Toxins

4. Movement

Each component will have a corresponding lesson, an activity relating to the lesson and an action step to focus on for the week. There are some specific things I invite you to work on, but also opportunities for you to sit in the driver seat and make decisions for your own health & life.
