The first step to working with me is answering a few questions about you, your current weight-loss struggles & your wellness goals moving forward. You will also book a  45-minute  Ditch The YoYo Diet Strategy Session  with me where we will be talking about your weight-loss challenges, your goals, and exploring if we are a good fit to continue our working relationship together! It is complementary & no risk for you.  

 

At the end of the call we mutually decide if we are a good fit, and I will discuss your personalized Ditch The YoYo Diet Method protocol and how we can get started right away!
